TERMS OF SERVICE

Before placing an order, please read the terms of service below. I hope the work process can run smoothly to avoid unnecessary delays. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to contact me through the available social media (recommended).➤ Currently, I accept orders within Indonesia, available payment methods are BRI, GOPAY, Shopeepay, and QRIS.

➤ Payment is made after client approves the provided sketch, client may make a full pay (FP) or down payment (DP) for about 50% in advance.
➤ Some orders can be customized as long as client actively communicates with me.
➤ Personally, I do not set a specific number of revisions, but please provide clear references (preferably with visual references) to avoid excessive revisions. I won't accept revisions for previous step.
➤ The order processing will take approximately 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the complexity. (I will update condition to client regularly if there are any urgent condition)
➤If client want to use the item to be sold, please communicate with me in advance.
